This is the motto of the culinary hike in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. You decide which route to take and in which of the six restaurants you enjoy your regional four-course surprise menu.
Decide in which restaurants you would like to have the aperitif and starter, where the soup and main course should be served, and where you would like to enjoy the delicious dessert.
You can choose from the Möseralm Mountain Restaurant, the Leithe Wirt Restaurant, the Restaurant Seealm Hög, the Panoramic Restaurant BergDiamant, the Lassida Restaurant or the Schöngampalm Restaurant.
Important:
Begin your Culinary Hike no later than 11:00 a.m. All restaurants are open until 4:30 p.m.
Reserve your exclusive barbecue spot directly up at the charming Schöngampalm at the Almbahn valley station. Enjoy a relaxed afternoon grilling with family or friends in an idyllic mountain setting. The charcoal is glowing at the perfect barbecue temperature. Dishes and cutlery are ready, and the ingredients are seasoned and portioned for the grill. Roll up your sleeves and start grilling your specialities out in the fresh air with your loved ones.
What is waiting for you?
Special barbecue area with seating, pre-heated charcoal barbecue, crockery and cutlery. All of the selected food items are ready to barbecue. Drinks are not included in the price.

Lay back in the midst of nature and enjoy a relaxing picnic featuring our regional products.
What is waiting for you?
A rucksack filled to the brim with home-made and regional specialities (locally produced bacon, cured venison sausage, air-dried and salted beef, mountain cheese, alpine butter, pickled vegetables, spreads, chasseur sausage, farmhouse bread and a drink of your choice). And a thermal blanket to spread out and cosy up at your favourite location.

Start your morning with a refreshing orange juice at the Panoramarestaurant BergDiamant and then enjoy freshly baked bread, soft butter, jams, beef tartare, smoked fish, sausage and cheese. Float gently three rounds above Fiss and round off your experience with a sweet treat from the kitchen.

Experience an exquisite six-course menu in the luxurious gondola at the Schönjochbahn gondola in Fiss (amuse-bouche, cold starter, warm starter, intermediate course, main course, dessert). Open daily in the summer.

Culinary Tyrolean cuisine at its finest, 2,600 m above sea level amidst the magical mountain landscape. The Crystal Cube is the ultimate destination for gourmets in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. The exterior is made from mirrored glass, meaning that no one can peek in from the outside. Inside the Crystal Cube offers a fantastic 360-degree panorama view.

Start your day with a delicious, generous brunch in the Tyrolean mountains and enjoy the stunning views of the summer mountain scenery. The brunch takes place in the cozy dining room of the Leithe Wirt. On sunny days, the sun terrace also invites you to sit back, relax, and enjoy the view. After breakfast, you’ll be energized and ready to head straight out onto the hiking trails or bike trails.
