Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM. Earlier occupancy is possible if the room has already been cleaned, but this cannot be guaranteed in advance. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 AM. Ideally, please settle your bill at reception on the evening before or two days prior to your departure.

If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, please inform us by phone at +43 5476 6515. You can open the hotel entrance at any time with your electronic key card – please remember to take it with you every time you leave.

Free parking for our guests is available in the village garage ("Dorfgarage", entrance height 2.40 m, approx. 2 minutes walk away, 2nd basement level). Your key card gives you 24-hour access. Please note the number of parking spaces included in your booking.

Since our renovation in 2019, a breakfast buffet is no longer offered. Instead, you can use our bread delivery service: place your order via the digital guest directory by 2:00 PM the day before. The fresh baked goods will be delivered directly to your apartment door by 7:30 AM at the latest.

Bed linen is included in the price (changed for stays over 14 days). You will automatically receive fresh hand, bath, and kitchen towels after 3 to 4 days. Automatic intermediate cleaning is not provided but can be booked for a fee (Double room: 40 EUR, 2-room: 70 EUR, 3-room: 80 EUR, 4-room: 90 EUR).

Yes, a guest laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (6.5 kg capacity each) is available at the Dreisonnenhof. Alternatively, an outdoor drying rack is available. Each wash cycle is charged separately.

Guests of the Alpinsonnenresidenz can use the sauna area at the Dreisonnenhof (1 min. walk) free of charge. In winter, it is open Sunday to Friday (3:30 PM – 8:30 PM); in summer, it is open once a week on request. Access from 15 years of age. Bathrobes can be rented at reception for a one-time fee of 10 EUR.

There are numerous options in and around Fiss: Serfaus outdoor pool (3 km), Lake Hög (3 km), Ried bathing lake (7 km), or thermal baths such as the Silvretta Therme Ischgl (56 km) and the Aqua Dome (68 km). Day Spa options at neighboring hotels (Fisserhof, Schlosshotel, Alpenherz) are also available upon telephone reservation.

We are happy to provide a grill at the Dreisonnenhof (charcoal available at the supermarket). There are also free public barbecue areas in the region at Erlebnispark Hög, Rabuschl Fiss, and Wodebad Ladis.

There is no ski and boot room in the hotel. Instead, you can use our depots directly at the cable car stations (Schönjoch 2). A depot for 2 pairs of skis costs 10 EUR per day. You will receive the access card at check-in. The depot must be cleared on the morning of your departure.

During the winter season, our free hotel ski taxi runs continuously from the Dreisonnenhof parking lot to the cable car from Sunday to Friday (8:15 AM to 9:30 AM).

Yes, we provide cribs and high chairs free of charge for children up to 3 years old. Please let us know your requirements before arrival.

A children's playroom at the Dreisonnenhof is available to children around the clock. In summer, the 1,000 m² playground also offers a trampoline, trikes, sandbox, and carousel.

No, our apartments are allergy-friendly, so pets are not permitted.

A strict non-smoking policy applies in all apartments. However, you are welcome to smoke on the balcony or terrace.

Please separate your waste and dispose of it daily in the trash room on the 1st floor (lift button 2). For hygienic reasons, storing trash on the balcony is not permitted.

The modern fire alarm system is sensitive to cooking vapors. Please always use the extractor hood and open a window if necessary. Never touch the detectors on the ceiling yourself.

The apartment may only be occupied by the number of persons registered (including children and babies). Additional persons require prior agreement and will be charged extra. Floor plans are schematic; specific floor levels or apartment numbers cannot be guaranteed.

A private room safe with operating instructions is available in every apartment.

Yes, we recommend taking out "Hotelstorno Plus" travel insurance, which also covers mountain rescue costs, including helicopter deployment.
