Winter:
- hotel ski taxi to the cable car station from Sunday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. or a walk of 10 minutes - a walk of 7 minutes back to the hotel through the pedestrian area.
- 140 m² sauna area at Apart-Hotel Dreisonnenhof (1 minute walking distance) with Finnish sauna, aroma steam bath, infrared cabin, cold water pool (no swimming pool!) and big relaxing zone. Including towels. Opening hours: Sunday - Friday 4:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. (closed on Saturday). Access for ages 15 and up.
Summer:
- 1000 m² playground at Apart-Hotel Dreisonnenhof (1 minute walking distance): big sandpit, octopus carousel, trampoline, bikes, tricycle, go-kart, ping-pong, sun loungers to relax.
- 140 m² sauna area at Apart-Hotel Dreisonnenhof (1 minute walking distance) with Finnish sauna, aroma steam bath, infrared cabin, cold water pool (no swimming pool!) and big relaxing zone. Including towels. Opening hours: open one day a week (usually on Wednesday) 4:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Access for ages 15 and up.

CARD. for Partner Hotel Special Price including use of cable car services in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis (excluding bike transport), daily hikers' bus between the villages Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis, Summer Fun Park Fiss*, Adventure World Serfaus*, Adventure Park Hög, children's entertainment 5 days a week at Mini & Maxi Club, guided mountain hikes and Thomas C. - 1-2 private parking spaces in the underground car park "Dorfgarage" (2.40-m high, 2 min by foot). The included number of spaces depends on the apartment size.

- 1 set of bedding per person (an additional set of bedding for stays more than 14 days).

Refund warranty: We guarantee you a FREE SHORT-TERM CANCELLATION within 14 days before arrival up to the day of arrival if:
- arrival to and departure from Austria cannot be guaranteed during your travel period due to closure of the borders
- your country of origin issues a travel warning/classification as a virus variant area for Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis / Tyrol / Austria, which affects your travel period and the associated quarantine obligations on the return journey, which cannot be circumvented by the status vaccinated, recovered or tested
- your home country is classified as high-risk area quarantine is required when arriving in Austria
- an official closure of hotels is ordered
- an official closure of cable cars is ordered
All down payments will be reimbursed in full (no voucher).
